ClearPath Series ("we", "us") is a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, UAE (trade license 1657856). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our store or buy from us, and how we use it.

- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Shopify Payments. Your card details go directly to the payment provider and are never stored by us.

- To send you your receipt and order updates, and to answer your questions.
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with We share information only with the services we need to run the store: Shopify (our store platform and payment processor) and the email and delivery tools connected to it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
