ClearPath Series sells digital guides. They are delivered instantly by download after payment, so nothing is shipped and nothing can be physically returned.
All sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded any guide in the bundle. Please read the product description before you buy so you know it is right for you.
We will fix the problem or refund you in these cases:
- You were charged but did not receive your download link. Email us and we will resend it or refund the order.
- A file is corrupted or will not open. We will send you a working copy, or refund the order if we cannot.
- You were charged twice for the same order. We will refund the duplicate payment.
To ask for help, email within 14 days of your order, with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
