These terms apply when you buy from ClearPath Series. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are ClearPath Series For Internet Content Provider, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (license no. 1657856), Dubai, UAE.
What we sell Digital guides delivered as downloadable PDF files. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any taxes we are required to charge. You will receive a receipt for every order.
Not immigration advice Our guides explain how UK visa routes and settling-in processes work in general. They are for information only. They are not legal or immigration advice and are not a substitute for advice on your own case. We do not guarantee that you will be granted any visa or that any application will succeed, because only the relevant government authority makes that decision. For advice on your own situation, use an adviser properly regulated for immigration advice in the UK, and check their registration before you pay them.
Accuracy We take care to base our guides on official sources, such as GOV.UK, and we state the date facts were checked. Rules, fees and processes change. Always confirm current details with the official source before you rely on them or pay any fee.
Your use of the guides Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guides for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share or republish them.
Refunds See our Refund policy. Because the products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once accessed, apart from the cases listed there.
Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you suffer from relying on the guides. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
